SANTOSH KUMARI PATHAK SMRITI MAHAVIDYALAYA,GURA BARELA,DATAGANJ,BUDAUN (U.P.)along with the required fee of Rs.10/-. Copies of documents will be charged according to the rate fixed by the State Information Commission, Uttar Pradesh.
